• You are driving the evolution of our large-scale platform for cloud-native development and improving code quality, reliability, performance, and other non-functional aspects.
• With extensive hands-on experience in developing micro services in GoLang, you are building and enhancing the foundation for all engineering teams, helping them to build and deliver their code more quickly and to own and run their services on their own
• With profound knowledge of cloud infrastructure and SRE practices, you recognize market trends proactively, initiate projects and improvement activities, and empower your team to experiment with new technologies.
• You will use your communication skills to influence engineers and managers alike to focus on relevant engineering improvements aligned with our strategic goals.
• You will lead, plan, execute, and communicate cross-functional efforts with other product engineering teams and align with the SIXT TECH technology roadmap.

COME AS YOU ARE:

• 8 years of deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure best practices and modern software engineering using micro services and cloud-native technologies
• Experience leading complex projects with strong non-functional requirements in a distributed system based on cloud native technology.
• Effective communication skills in English and experience of collaborating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
